A little about Louise…

holistic embodied therapy

Over 15 of clinical practice I have developed a powerful and heart-centred approach to helping clients. Today, feelings of overwhelm and powerlessness can impact our physical and mental well-being, and can leave us feeling stuck.  I am passionate about helping people to feel seen and heard by providing a safe, nonjudgmental space with kindness and awareness. This can allow your inner wisdom to emerge and support you on your Individuation journey. I work creatively and intuitively to form the holistic (mind body and spirit) approach to my work.

By using intuition with talking and somatic therapy we can connect on a deep level. This profound work can guide you to look within, face your past and heal your relationships with yourself and others.

I work with individuals, groups and offer corporate wellbeing sessions.

I have had extensive training in Humanistic, Integrative Psychotherapy and I am accredited by the BACP (British Association of Counselling Practitioners).

I have worked with a wide range of clients both in private practice, in palliative care and for charities in London and the Home Counties.

I have a BSc Hons in Humanistic Counselling from Metanoia Institute in London, a Diploma in Counselling (BACP accredited) and a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Mary Ward Institute in London.

I also have professional practitioner counselling certificates in Online and Telephone Counselling, Working with Psyche, Working with Symbols, Jungian Dreamwork, The Unconscious (The Salome Institute of Jungian Studies, Portland Oregon), Working with Climate Change Anxiety (BACP).
